Elite goaltending isn’t about perfection – it’s about how you process the imperfect moments. It’s about training your mind to find clarity in chaos, to embrace pressure rather than fight it, and to see the game unfold before it happens. Because while your body makes the saves, it’s your mind that wins the battles. The Power Within III is the fourth installment in a series that is dedicated to sharing valuable life lessons from well-known NHL goalies and goalie coaches. By having them share some of their favorite stories from the crease, we aim to empower goalies of all ages to become the best version of themselves.
Through another collection of candid conversations with masters of the goaltending position, this book is a perfect guide and companion for anyone on the path to puck-stopping greatness. Each chapter is full of wisdom and insights from NHL and Olympic goalies on the mental game, as well as personal stories and valuable life lessons that will elevate your thinking and help take your game to new heights. The book is dedicated to Michel Goldman, who tragically passed away shortly before the book was published.

Interviews include Jukka Ropponen, Hannu Nykvist, Thomas Magnusson, Mitch Korn, Corey Hirsch, Jack Hartigan, Eli Wilson, and many more.
