The Goalie Guild hosts a monthly LIFT THE MASK Photo Contest on Instagram to help promote mental health in the goaltending community.
Share a photo of you (or your goalie) wearing a lifted goalie mask on Instagram and include the #LiftTheMask hashtag along with a short message related to mental health. All submissions are judged and the top winners earn various prizes from The Goalie Guild and our sponsors.
Posts and Reels are acceptable formats. Stories do not count.
Posts must include the #LiftTheMask hashtag.
Posts must include a tag or mention of @TheGoalieGuild.
Your post / message can be any length allowed by Instagram.
Photos do NOT need to be "on-ice" or from a game. Be creative!
November 22-26. Deadline: Sunday, November 26 @ 11:59p EST.

Top-place finishers will have their winning photos featured on The Goalie Guild's social media accounts as well as on the Lift The Mask website.
