Ambassadors
NOTICE: Anyone interested in being an Ambassador for the 2023-2024 hockey season is welcome to join our next LTM Chat in September. View for details.
Introduction
Lift The Mask Ambassadors are goalies over the age of 12 that have a passion for promoting mental health in their community. They act as advocates by sharing resources with other goalies, by showing good sportsmanship to others, and by being a good teammate.
How it Works
Ambassadors that volunteer or make positive contributions to their community can earn rewards for their efforts. For example, goalies that post stories on social media or get recognized for any charitable work can receive gift cards, free swag, and other gifts from our foundation.
Ambassadors also have the opportunity to share their story on our various platforms. These stories are often highlighted by their hockey team or in local news outlets, bringing further awareness to their support of mental health.
Additional details about our new Ambassador program are provided during our LTM Monthly Chats.

Monthly Chat
Once a month, we host a Lift The Mask virtual chat for the goalie community.
We encourage Ambassadors to join and speak during these sessions in order to make other goalies feel more welcome and safe in our community. These are great discussions for all of us, and they allow others to grow and overcome the fear of opening up, making them a great way for Ambassadors to start advocating.
